About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the lead on a RC frame project consisting of over 400 units and up to 20 storeys high at a Tier 1 Developer. This project is based in South West London and procurement has already finished. There is a Quantity Surveyor on site who you will continue to mentor and contribute to their progression as well as yours. This is a great opportunity to develop your Quantity Surveying career further with a leading house builder in the UK who operate across London.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Handling both the upstream and downstream process
- Final Accounts
- Quarterly CVR's
- Managing variations and valuations
- Handling main packages
Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Experience as a No.1 at a Developer
- Live within 40 minutes from South West London
- Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essential
