The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll lead projects from inception to completion, working across a portfolio of luxury new builds, refurbishments, and extensions ranging from £1m to £30m. While prime residential is their bread and butter, there's also exposure to boutique hotel, leisure, and commercial schemes to keep things varied.
You'll work alongside highly experienced Associates and Directors, gaining mentoring and support while taking full ownership of your projects. This role suits someone who's confident, client-facing, and excited by the detail and precision required in the ultra-prime sector.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Ideally 5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
- Expertise in pre- and post-contract work.
- A strong interest in high-end residential projects.
- A professional, client-facing demeanour with independent project management capabilities.
