We are hiring multiple Senior Quantity Surveyors (Senior Cost Managers) to join our client's dynamic team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure projects, with exposure to a range of sectors including: Rail, Utilities, Defence, Healthcare, Education and Large-Scale Infrastructure.

The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

  • Manage costs and budgets across the full lifecycle of construction projects (new builds, refurbishments, maintenance).
  • Provide cost advice from early stages through to final account settlement.
  • Support and lead key projects across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure clients.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager on UK-based projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (essential).
  • Experience across infrastructure sectors (e.g., rail, utilities, defence) highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
