Lead the commercial delivery of major fire protection projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with high autonomy, client engagement, and framework exposure.

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and commercial aspects of multiple fire protection projects. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost planning, procurement, and reporting while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction across social housing frameworks and public sector contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead as the Senior Quantity Surveyor on multiple fire protection projects, managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and supply chain relationships as the Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Handle contract administration, variations, and final account settlements across JCT and NEC contracts

  • Identify commercial risks and provide mitigation strategies as the Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Mentor junior commercial staff while supporting business development opportunities

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar role in fire protection or related construction sectors

  • Strong understanding of frameworks, commercial contracts, and risk management

  • Skilled in financial forecasting, cost control, and procurement strategies

  • Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Construction Economics

  • Proficiency in commercial software and Microsoft Office Suite
