A leading and award-winning Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in Central London, near Liverpool Street station.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be offered hybrid working.

The Company

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a long-standing consultancy who are looking to grow their Quantity Surveying team. You would be joining an ambitious Quantity Surveying team of 10 Quantity Surveyors in London.

As a company their bread and butter are Commercial projects, but the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on New Build projects within the Residential, Hotels and Hospitality sectors.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will come in and take responsibility on leading projects and developing junior staff, with a progression pathway in sight, within the company.

The Director of Cost Management would like to promote this person within their first year to Associate Director!

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need to produce cost plans, advise on cost options, produce tender documents, contract administration and Employer's Agent service and negotiate and agree interim valuations, variations and final accounts.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Ideally experience working on New Build Projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Excellent attitude and team player
• Able to support with mentoring junior colleagues
