This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of standout projects across luxury residential, commercial offices, hotels, high-spec fit-outs, and landmark civic developments.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a close-knit and forward-thinking consultancy known for delivering complex, design-led projects for a high-profile client base. From luxury resi towers to boutique hotels and commercial HQs, no two schemes are the same.

You'll be working directly with Directors and major clients, managing full pre and post-contract services across a portfolio of technically demanding, high-value developments. The role offers autonomy, real client exposure, and a clear route to Associate level.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc Degree in Quantity Surveying)
A strong QS background in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
Experience across residential, commercial, or hotel sectors
Strong Pre & Post Contract Experience
MRICS ideally or nearing Chartership
