A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Main Contractor on a prestigious 60 million residential development.
You will play a key role, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, and will be instrumental in the successful financial delivery of a high-profile, multi-phase residential scheme.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all commercial aspects of the project from inception through to final account.

Oversee cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management.

Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to the Commercial Director.

Ensure all commercial procedures are followed in line with company standards.

Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a main contractor on large-scale residential developments.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage complex project demands.

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (or equivalent experience).
