Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London
Package: £75,000 - £85,000 plus car allowance, travel and bonus
Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who are on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on an iconic New Build project in Central London which is due to start in January.
The ideally Senior Quantity Surveyor, must be someone who has experience working for a Main Contractor and has JCT Contract experience,
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all quantity surveying activities from procurement to final account
- Work closely with the commercial and project teams to ensure cost efficiency
- Manage subcontractor accounts, payments, and valuations
- Report on project financial performance
- Ensure all commercial functions are delivered in line with company and project requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on a high valued New Build projects.
- Experience working for a Main Contractor.
- Has a background in management.
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skill.
