We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding London team, working across multiple high-value mechanical and electrical projects. Ideal candidates will have experience with packages around £10 million and a strong background in M&E construction.

You will take ownership of defined scopes of work, track costs and labour, produce detailed bills of quantities, and ensure the commercial success of each project. This role combines site engagement, team collaboration, and commercial oversight, providing a rewarding career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mechanical and electrical packages on multiple projects.
  • Produce fully priced bills of quantities, including labour hours and material costs.
  • Track costs, labour efficiency, and project hours versus earned schedule.
  • Prepare construction cost plans, cash flow submissions, and monthly CCS reports.
  • Carry out valuations, agree payment certifications, and manage subcontractor packages to final account.
  • Ensure compliance with NRM2 procedures and the Construction Act.
  • Support continuous improvement and career development through proactive learning and collaboration.

  • Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and commercial management.

  • Skilled in cost tracking, labour measurement, and subcontractor management.
