They are currently looking for an Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their existing commercial team in South London. The successful candidate will be someone with career aspirations and wants to quickly develop under a structured development programme, with the opportunity to work with and learn from more senior staff who have extensive experience within the industry. This business is looking for someone who can be inventive and can get involved with multiple aspects of the construction process including estimating duties. As projects progress, you will be required to spend time tracking valuations and variations accounts on the sub contractor packages you are in charge off.
