This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy during a period of great growth. You will work on a variety of interesting projects for a diverse client base while benefiting from ongoing training and clear career progression.

Are you a nearly or fully chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new exciting role? Do you want to join a company that offers further training, support on qualifications, and clear progression opportunities?

This multi-disciplinary consultancy works with clients across London and the South East, delivering transport, commercial, and residential projects valued between 1 million and 75 million. Their expertise spans project management, cost consultancy, building surveying, and architectural design for both public and private sector clients. As they continue to grow, they're looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their close-knit, collaborative team.

In this role, you'll take on a variety of pre-and post-contract responsibilities within a flexible working model that blends office and remote work, along with occasional site visits across London and the South East. You'll collaborate closely with Directors and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for a well-established client base.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor with previous consultancy experience who is looking to advance their career.

  • Experienced Quantity Surveyor
  • Chartered or actively pursuing Chartership status
