This multi-disciplinary consultancy works with clients across London and the South East, delivering transport, commercial, and residential projects valued between 1 million and 75 million. Their expertise spans project management, cost consultancy, building surveying, and architectural design for both public and private sector clients. As they continue to grow, they're looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their close-knit, collaborative team.
In this role, you'll take on a variety of pre-and post-contract responsibilities within a flexible working model that blends office and remote work, along with occasional site visits across London and the South East. You'll collaborate closely with Directors and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for a well-established client base.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor with previous consultancy experience who is looking to advance their career.

The Role:
- Running turnkey projects on transport, commercial, and residential valued between 1 million and 75 million.
- Collaborating well with the Directors and other departments
- Support on further qualifications including Chartership
- Office based in SE1 with hybrid working & occasional site travel
The Person:
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor
- Chartered or actively pursuing Chartership status
- A desire to develop and progress
- Based a commutable distance from SE1
