About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a privately owned Main Contractor with a turnover of over 1bn. They are looking for a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and lead projects in the education sector which are valued at around 50m. They additionally work across the commercial, industrial, leisure, health, and retail sector so, this is a great opportunity for career progression.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Managing upstream and downstream process
- Handle CVR's
- Final Accounts
- Checking monthly valuations
- Negotiating tenders
Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Capable of running projects valued around 30m+
- Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essential
- Live within a commutable distance to North London
