As they continue to grow, they're looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their close-knit, collaborative team.In this role, you'll take on a variety of pre-and post-contract responsibilities within a flexible working model that blends office and remote work, along with occasional site visits across London and the South East. You'll collaborate closely with Directors and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for a well-established client base.The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor with previous consultancy experience who is looking to advance their career.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking consultancy, working on projects for a diverse range of clients while benefiting from consistent training and excellent opportunities for career progression.The Role:
- Running turnkey projects on transport, commercial, and residential valued between £1 million and £75 million.
- Collaborating well with the Directors and other departments
- Support on further qualifications including Chartership
- Office based in SE1 with hybrid working & occasional site travel
The Person:
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor
- Chartered or actively pursuing Chartership status
- A desire to develop and progress
- Based a commutable distance from SE1
