We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a leading fit-out contractor with a strong portfolio of high-quality commercial projects across London. We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of cost management across multiple CAT A and CAT B fit-out schemes, ensuring financial control, commercial accuracy, and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of fit-out projects from tender through to final account.
- Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, valuations, and forecasts.
- Procuring subcontractors and negotiating contracts.
- Assessing variations, managing change, and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Working closely with project teams to maintain financial stability and project efficiency.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
About You
- Proven UK experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out sector.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional, proactive, and confident in client-facing roles.
