Senior Quantity Surveyor – London (Infrastructure)

THE COMPANY
A leading UK-based property and construction consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding infrastructure team in central London.
With a strong reputation for delivering high-value infrastructure schemes across transport, utilities, and public sector frameworks, the consultancy works on major London-based and national projects valued from £10 million to over £500 million. The business is known for its technical excellence, collaborative culture, and commitment to employee development and progression.
THE POSITION
The successful candidate will take a lead role in the commercial delivery of major infrastructure schemes, working across the full project lifecycle from pre-contract through to final account. You will be responsible for client liaison, cost planning, contract administration (NEC preferred), and mentoring junior staff. Projects will include transport hubs, energy facilities, highways, and civil engineering works.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will:

Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

Have strong consultancy-side or client-side experience in infrastructure

Be chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards it

Be confident in managing NEC contracts (NEC4 ideally)

Demonstrate a successful track record of delivering major infrastructure projects

Have strong client-facing and team leadership capabilities
