Owen Reed is recruiting for an Evening Digital Imaging Specialist to join a busy Document and Design Centre team in London for a top law firm. This role is part of our dedicated Scanning Team, providing vital support in digitising physical documents and delivering high-quality digital service to our UK offices. 

Shift pattern: 13:00 – 21:00 Monday to Friday

This position is office-based, and the successful candidate must be fully comfortable working on-site full time. Due to the nature of the role, its responsibilities cannot be performed remotely.

About the role

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for processing a variety of scanning and digital imaging requests, including:

• Basic and large format scanning (E-Bibles, Court Bundles, etc)

• Media duplication, extraction, and USB encryption

• Document Manipulation, redaction, pagination, and PDF conversion

• Operating scanning devices and software applications (Adobe, pdfDocs)

• Managing and prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines

• Ensuring quality control and delivering work that meets users specifications

• Providing timely communication to users regarding job progress

• Managing scanning related service calls

You’ll also help maintaining the shared inbox and contribute the wider team as needed

• Previous experience in a similar scanning department, or document production role ( legal environment advantageous)
