We handle everything from hardware and software to installation, maintenance, and creative content, delivering a complete end-to-end service to our clients.
As our Content Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role in keeping our content and creative teams running like clockwork. You don't need to be an expert in digital signage - what we're looking for is a strong people manager who can keep projects moving, support a talented team, and ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team of account managers, account executives, and designers
- Creating a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment
- Managing team capacity, balancing workloads, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and communication
- Acting as the link between the content teams and senior leadership
- Monitoring project timelines and addressing potential bottlenecks early
- Overseeing onboarding and training for new starters
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, ideally in a creative or content-driven environment
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing demands
- A people-first mindset with empathy and emotional intelligence
Bonus points for:
- Experience in digital signage, media, or creative industries
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or (url removed)
