ROLE OVERVIEW

Lawes are currently partnering with a leading global broker who due to expansion are recruiting for an Account Executive to join their Real Estate team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their career, you will have the opportunity to oversee a substantial book of business while contributing to the overall growth strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and managed an inherited book of business with some key leading accounts
  • Pipeline of warm leads to follow up
  • Assigned two account handlers to help with workload 
  • Working with large corporate complex business 
  • Develop relationships with key insurers 
  • Maintain an exsiting portfolio 
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive team performance and business success.
  • Lead by example, inspiring, encouraging and personally supporting account handlers in their career development

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in managing real estate insurance accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the London Market and property owner-specific policies.
  • Ability to manage high-value accounts with a strategic and client-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while aligning with broader business objectives.
