We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Finchley. The ideal candidate must have some lettings experience, but the company would consider a Trainee who is motivated, driven, keen to learn with a passion for Property. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area and be able to commute to N7 and N12 to cover other offices in busy periods. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:

  • Basic £15,000 - £25,000
  • OTE £35,000 - £50,000 DOE
  • Company car OR Car Allowance
  • Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm (half day back in lieu)

Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:

  • Always delivering exceptional customer service
  • Liaising between landlords and tenants
  • Providing up to date advice and information
  • Property inspections
  • Conducting viewings
  • Booking appointments
  • Negotiating lettings contracts
  • Registering applicants
  • Generating new business
  • Listing new properties
  • Building the market share
  • Be up to date with current compliance and legislation

Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator:

  • Some experience in Estate Agency OR a Trainee would be considered with the right attributes
  • Understanding of the lettings process
  • Be up to date with current legislation
  • A high level of customer service skills
  • The desire to work well in a team, and independently
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Drive, hunger and ambition for success
  • Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Well-presented and professional

  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
