We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Shoreditch.

The successful candidate must have 3 years experience, with a good track record of generating new business within Estate Agency.

Candidates must be a UK Resident.

No driving licence needed for this role!

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator:

  • Basic £24,000
  • OTE £55,000 - £65,000
  • Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6pm
  • No driving licence needed for this role
  • Uncapped commission
  • Discretionary Christmas Bonus
  • Additional 5% on any new, fresh seller/landlord client

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator::

  • Registering and qualifying prospective buyers
  • Maintaining records on internal databases, as well as handling enquiries received by internet & telephone in a professional manner
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Managing your own busy diary
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to Landlords and buyers on a continual basis
  • Negotiating offers
  • Maintaining regular contact with sellers and buyers and recording all communication
  • Always delivering an exceptional level of customer service
  • Assist the senior sales advisor/manager/directors in portfolio growth via database canvassing and listing new
  • business
  • Directing photographers on property shoots and assisting floorplan contractors
  • Preparing property particulars
  • Networking with prospective new clients
  • Working closely with Directors to identify new business opportunities
  • Canvassing company marketing materials to attract & secure new clients
  • Ensuring that you are up-to-date on sales legislation
  • Create an online presence via social media platforms such as LinkedIn & Instagram
  • Contributing to content creation for our social media channels

Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator::

  • 3 years previous experience
  • Good track record of generating new business within Estate Agency
  • Experience with Reapit
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Well-spoken with good telephone manner
  • Well presented
  • Target driven and ambitious
  • The desire to work well in a team and be an excellent team player
  • Highly motivated
