The Role
As a Trainee Estate Agent, you'll be at the forefront of London’s property market, working with landlords and tenants across prestigious postcodes. This role is ideal for driven graduates who are eager to break into real estate sales, build a rewarding career, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and win new landlords and tenants across prime London areas
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close lets
- Manage daily power-hour calls and afternoon viewings
- Own and build your pipeline within 12 weeks
- Shadow senior brokers and progress quickly to full autonomy
- Deliver strong results in a competitive sales environment

The Ideal Candidate
You're a recent graduate or early-career professional who’s ready to hit the ground running. You thrive under pressure, are naturally competitive, and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.
- 0–2 years’ experience (2024/25 grads welcome)
- Strong drive, resilience, and financial ambition
- Confident communicator with persuasive phone and in-person skills
- Eager to learn, improve, and outperform your targets
- Interest in real estate, sales, or property tech
