Head of Lettings - Prime Central London (Belgravia Office)Salary: OTE £100,000+Location: Belgravia, covering PCL including Mayfair, St James's, Westminster, Pimlico, Sloane Square, Victoria and more.

A prestigious Prime Central London agency is seeking an experienced Head of Lettings to lead and grow their established Belgravia office. This is a key leadership opportunity to take the branch to the next level with a supportive team, including two new Lettings Negotiators and one Lister already in place.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve and exceed branch targets

• Drive profitability, market share, and business growth across PCL

• Manage all aspects of lettings including valuations, negotiations, and client care

• Provide weekly data-driven updates and recommendations to clients

• Conduct monthly one-to-one performance reviews and identify development needs

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding for the office

• Ensure consistent marketing across new and existing instructions

• Maintain compliance with legislation and service standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a successful lettings office (PCL experience desirable)

• Strong relationship-building skills and a client-focused approach

• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team

• Resilience, adaptability, and professionalism

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Highly organised with strong planning abilities

• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Full UK driving licence
