Working hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week No Weekends
Lettings Consultant (No Driving Licence Required) - What You'll be Doing:
- Answering calls in Japanese and English
- Scheduling and coordinating property viewings
- Conducting property tours
- Supporting pre-tenancy procedures
- Responding to maintenance issues after move-in
- Communicating with landlords and tenants
Lettings Consultant (No Driving Licence Required) - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Cheerful, positive and proactive attitude
- Confident communication skills in English and Japanese
- Experience working in a Japanese office environment
- Valid visa with at least 1 year 10 months remaining
