The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for managing the tenant enquiry process, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancy agreements. You will play a key role in supporting landlords with their rental properties, ensuring excellent customer service for tenants, and contributing to the overall success of LLH Residential’s lettings pipeline.

• Registering new tenant enquiries and booking property viewings
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
• Managing tenancy applications and the referencing process
• Working closely with the lettings and property management team to ensure a smooth tenant move-in process
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

• Previous lettings or property experience preferred, but not essential (training provided)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence preferred (but not essential)
