Working to clear KPIs and targets — with unlimited commission potential.

Ideal Candidate:

3–5 years' experience in a Lettings Negotiator or Associate role (preferably in a high-value market).
A genuine passion for property, people, and exceeding targets.
Outstanding communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for financial success.
Organised, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential).
