- Sourcing, qualifying, and managing prospective tenants.
- Conducting viewings and securing high-value lets.
- Winning new instructions and building a strong personal brand in the area.
- Managing landlord and tenant negotiations to ensure smooth, successful lettings.
- Maintaining high levels of client service, professionalism, and performance.
- Working to clear KPIs and targets — with unlimited commission potential.
- 3–5 years' experience in a Lettings Negotiator or Associate role (preferably in a high-value market).
- A genuine passion for property, people, and exceeding targets.
- Outstanding communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for financial success.
- Organised, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential).
- £30,000 basic salary + £80,000+ realistic OTE (top performers earn even more).
