Collins Property Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Property Guardianship company that is looking to appoint a Lettings Consultant to join their expanding team. Our client is specifically looking for individuals with transferable experience from sectors such as customer service, housing, facilities management, or hospitality. The ideal candidate would be process-driven, personable, and passionate about delivering a high standard of service.The Role:As a Lettings Consultant, you'll take ownership of the Lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in. You'll be responsible for placing suitable guardians into appropriate properties, liaising closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and maintaining strong relationships throughout the journey.Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Consultant Include:

  • Managing and responding to prospective guardian enquiries.
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings.
  • Matching applicants to available spaces based on suitability.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process, including all relevant paperwork.
  • Ensuring database accuracy and documentation compliance.
  • Working to lettings targets and contributing to team objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in customer service, housing and hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.
