Lettings Coordinator - £30,000 - £35,000 + performance bonus - Kensington/ChelseaAre you an experienced Lettings Administrator or Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career? Join a thriving independent estate agency in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea, known for delivering exceptional service in one of London's most prestigious areas.This growing agency is seeking a highly organised and confident Lettings Coordinator to support a team of two Lettings Negotiators along with the Manager. With ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a role in an expanding business - and benefit from genuine career progression.? Please note: This is not a junior role. Solid lettings administration experience and understanding of compliance.Key Responsibilities:Office & Team Support:

  • Manage office supplies, keys, calendars, and general admin.
  • Be the first point of contact for landlord/tenant enquiries.
  • Organise property handovers and internal scheduling.

Lettings & Compliance:

  • Process tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks, and background screening.
  • Draft tenancy agreements, manage renewals, and register deposits.
  • Oversee compliance for all move-ins/outs and tenancy documentation.

Systems & Records:

  • Maintain accurate records in Alto CRM and shared filing systems.
  • Support with tenancy reporting, budgeting, and operational tracking.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a property admin or lettings support role (essential)
  • Deep understanding of tenancy agreements, deposit regulations, and compliance processes
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communicator
  • You use your initiative and a go-getter
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Alto preferred), MS Office, and digital tools
