The Role:As a key player in the branch’s success, you will:

Generate and secure new business through proactive outreach and client engagement
Conduct professional, accurate market appraisals and win instructions
Organise and manage property viewings with exceptional customer care
Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure a seamless lettings experience
Handle negotiations and progress deals from offer to move-in
Maintain accurate records and manage applicant databases
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and colleagues alike
Be a key part of a branch that consistently exceeds targets and expectations

What We’re Looking For:

A proven track record in Lettings, ideally with listing experience
A driven, self-starting attitude with a hunger for success
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Organisational excellence and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A full UK driving licence is essential
