My client is a well respected boutique estate agency based in the heart of Mayfair, specialising in high-end residential property and providing a bespoke, discreet service to an exclusive client base. Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Working closely under the leadership of the incredibly experienced Head of Lettings, you will be a key player in driving the success of the department. You'll handle high-value properties, liaise with discerning clients and applicants, and contribute to a strong team-based performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registering and managing applicant enquiries

  • Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to landlords

  • Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants

  • Supporting the progression of deals through to completion

  • Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues

  • Contributing to the overall performance of the lettings department through pooled commissions

Package & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

  • Guaranteed Commission to reach an OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 in year one

  • Pooled Commission Structure:

  • Private Medical & Dental Insurance

  • Mobile Phone or Phone Allowance

  • Car/Travel Allowance: £3,000

  • Parking Available (if required)

Working Hours & Holidays
  • Hours: 8:45am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (office-based)

  • Holidays:

    • 25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays

    • Office closure over Christmas (not guaranteed but historically granted)

    • Additional holiday accrued after 3 years of service - 1 extra day per year, up to a maximum of 30 days
