Manage enquiries and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Secure new instructions and negotiate tenancy agreements
Liaise with clients, property managers, and referencing teams to ensure a smooth lettings process
Stay informed about the local rental market and proactively seek new business opportunities

?? What You’ll Need:

Minimum 6-12 months experience in a lettings or property-related role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High energy, a proactive mindset, and great attention to detail
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
