This position will see you based in the St Johns Wood branch.
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Up to £28,000 Basic
- £35,000 OTE

Lettings Negotiator requirements:
To excel in this role, you should ideally possess experience as a Lettings Negotiator, showcasing a proven track record in achieving targets and building strong client relationships. A professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the property sector are essential for success, in addition to having a full UK driving license.
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and lets
- Coordinate business generation and marketing activities
- Proactively book appraisals and attend appointments (maintaining a good conversion ratio)
- Manage incoming enquiries from new applicants regarding properties on the market
- Liaise and negotiate between both parties to secure the let
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve company and personal targets.
- Keep accurate records of property listings and client interactions.
- Stay informed about local property market changes and compliance regulations.
