Do you have a background in leasing, sales or property management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We are working with a leading BTR operator on a high profile scheme in Ealing, and they're looking for a confident, proactive individual to join their leasing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment and contribute to one of the UK's most exciting residential sectors.

The Role:

  • 7 month fixed term contract
  • 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days (*some flexibility required)
  • Key Responsibilities:

-Vet and assess potential applicants

-Coordinate online marketing for available apartments

-Conduct market rent analysis and monitor leasing performance.

-Meet prospective residents, lead scheme tours, and negotiate rental offers

-Promote and up sell value added services within the development.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced property sales environment
  • Strong knowledge of leasing best practices
  • Proven track record working to and exceeding performance targets
