- Conduct property viewings and guide applicants through the lettings process.
- Register and qualify prospective tenants, matching them with suitable properties.
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure lettings.
- Proactively seek new business and develop long-term client relationships.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and company standards.
- Previous experience in lettings or a strong sales/customer-facing background.
- Knowledge of the Prime Central London property market is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to succeed.
- Well-presented, articulate, and professional.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
- £25,000 basic salary + realistic OTE of £55,000.
