The Role:路To generate profit by driving income/activity levels of estate agency and associated activities and increase market share across the branches.路Maximize resources to increase operational profitability路Develop long term client relationships to ensure client retention路Monitor activity to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice路Ensure that staff are focused on Core Priorities of the business路Recruit and develop successful teams and individuals who have long term careers with the company
Key Responsibilities:路Plan and manage personal diary using Regional Maximization Grid to ensure key business areas are monitored.路Plan diary ahead for Half/Full days in branch in line with Regional Diary Structure路Pro-actively recruit quality staff for your own operation and the company. 路Mentor and develop staff to retain and improve top performers through regular career reviews and mentoring meetings路Manage performance consistently through 1-1 performance review meetings.路Observe, feedback, develop and performance manage Managers and Client Managers to achieve the minimum performance路Run weekly conference calls for Negotiators and Managers to monitor performance and give recognition reward to top performers 路Attend quarterly kick off meetings and any other company initiative outside business hours路Attend training sessions in order to remain fully aware of the company processes and to ensure continuity with staff.
