What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Assisting tenants with the rental process from initial enquiry to completion
• Conducting property viewings and matching suitable properties to applicants
• Negotiating rental terms and closing tenancy agreements
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to build lasting relationships
• Meeting and exceeding performance and revenue targets
• Maintaining accurate records and following compliance protocols

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Must be fluent in Italian, French, or Spanish
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills
• Polite, presentable, and professional demeanour
• Hardworking and highly organised
• Strong time management and multitasking ability
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
