An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a thriving Residential Lettings Agency in Wimbledon Village, SW19.

Our client, a well-respected independent agency with offices across South West London and Surrey, is seeking a motivated, personable, and professional individual to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Lettings Manager, playing a key role in securing new business and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the lettings process.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Working closely with the Lettings Manager to grow the business.
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy terms.
• Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Building and maintaining strong local relationships.
• Ensuring all lettings processes meet legal and professional standards.
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous Residential Lettings experience is essential.
• Skilled in customer care and front-line sales.
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Well-presented, self-motivated, and ambitious.
• Local knowledge of Wimbledon/Wimbledon Village is advantageous.
• A valid UK driving licence is required.
• ARLA qualification is beneficial but not essential.
