Salary - £26,000 - £28,000, OTE £80,000 plus, Pool car
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Our client, established in 2004 and located in a prime central location, dealing with high end properties all over the world are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team. Thriving on long lasting relationships with their clients gives them a multi award winning status within the property industry. With a team of motivated and skilled to think outside the box individuals who are superbly trained to deal with multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Facilitating a let through to move in
- Full UK driving licence.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Be target driven and tenacious.
- Be able to work effectively within a team.
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Well-presented and personable
