Lettings Negotiator

Dove & Hawk are partnered with a leading property agency with a reputation for delivering exceptional service in the lettings market. They are now looking for a Lettings Negotiator for their bustling Stoke Newington office!Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inquiries and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating tenancy agreements and closing deals
• Managing administrative tasks
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Meeting and exceeding targets

Requirements:

• 6+ months of industry experience
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A charismatic and confident personality
• Ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently

What They Offer:

• £20,000 basic salary (4-month guarantee at £30,000)
• Realistic OTE for your first year: £35,000-£45,000 (uncapped commission)
• Tiered commission structure; earn 10% - 15% on very deal

• A fast-paced and collaborative working environment
• Monday-Friday 08:50-18:30, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00-16:00
