Lettings Consultant - Battersea - Independent Agency

Are you an experienced lettings negotiator ready to grow your career in a supportive and professional environment?

We're partnering with a respected independent lettings agency in Battersea, managing a valuable portfolio and known for its personal, friendly approach.

What's on offer:

• £25,000 basic salary

• Uncapped commission - OTE £50,000

• Established £2M+ lettings portfolio

• Prime Battersea location

• 5-day working week (Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift every 3 weeks instead of a weekday)

• Ongoing training and support to help you thrive

Your role:

• Welcoming and managing tenant enquiries

• Organising and conducting property viewings

• Providing clear feedback to landlords

• Advising landlords on rental valuations

• Negotiating offers and securing agreements

• Managing tenancy paperwork and compliance

• Keeping property listings up to date

• Building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants

About you:

• Experience in residential lettings

• Friendly and professional communication style

• Well organised and confident

• Comfortable using property software and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of Battersea area is a plus
