  • Conduct in-person, virtual, and agent-led property viewings for local and overseas clients.
  • Manage working across 40+ high-end developments throughout London.
  • Progress reservations to contract exchange, ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Maintain, optimize, and manage the sales database for accuracy and productivity.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and keep overseas teams updated on pricing and availability.
  • Create and utilize sales materials, promote developments across digital platforms, and leverage LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK agents, ensuring exceptional standards in property viewings.
  • Participate in sales events, contributing to marketing and promotional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months of experience in London's New Homes Sales market. Site sales consultants will not be considered, you need to have experience as a broker, or experience working for an agency, working across a number of developments.
  • Proven ability to close high-value transactions in the property sector.
  • Strong understanding of the London property market and its unique nuances.
  • A positive, proactive, and highly resilient attitude.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong work ethic, sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Represent property values ranging from £400K to £20M.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with a collaborative, team-player mindset.

Salary Budgets:

  • Basic: £35,000-£40,000
  • OTE: £65,000-£100,000+ (uncapped)
  • Can be flexible for an exceptional candidate.
