We are recruiting on behalf of a well respected, independent Insurance Broker to help find an account executives to specialise in the Real Estate sector. They have a brilliant name in the Real Estate/Property insurance market and are looking due to growth.

Overview:

As an Account Executive specializing in the Real Estate sector, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients within the industry. You will work closely with underwriters to provide tailored insurance solutions and ensure excellent client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Real Estate sector
  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
  • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions
  • Prepare and present client proposals and reports
  • Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in insurance account handling or a related role
  • Strong understanding of the Real Estate industry and associated insurance needs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Day-to-day:

  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports
