We are working exclusively with a prestigious international law firm seeking a Real Estate Associate Solicitor (2-4 years PQE) to join its highly regarded London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior to mid-level lawyer to advance their career within one of the most dynamic real estate teams in the market.
The Role
You will focus on pure real estate transactions, working closely with senior associates and partners on a broad range of high-profile commercial property matters. The firm advises on some of the most significant deals in the sector, offering you exposure to complex, cutting-edge transactions and a client base that includes leading investors, developers, funds, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and asset management of high-value commercial real estate.
- Supporting large-scale investment and development projects.
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and transaction documents.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments on multi-disciplinary matters.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-4 years PQE.
- Strong technical background in real estate transactions (training or post-qualification).
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and a strong team player.
