What You'll Be doing as a Real Estate Partner:

We're seeking a commercially focused Real Estate Partner with significant experience in Landlord & Tenant work to join the London team. Whether you're already a Partner or a Senior Associate looking to step up, this role offers you the chance to make a real impact.

You will advise a high-calibre client base including institutional landlords, developers, corporate occupiers, and property management companies. The work will include lease negotiations, portfolio management, rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations, and contentious landlord and tenant matters.

You'll also lead on client relationships, play a key role in business development, and help shape the future direction of the team.

To thrive in this role, as a Real Estate Partner you'll need:

7+ years PQE with a strong commercial property background. Either currently a Partner or a Senior Associate ready to make the step up.

  • Experience from a well-regarded firm, with a strong billing track record.
  • A proven focus on landlord & tenant matters.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills.
  • A client-first mindset and collaborative approach.
