Residential Conveyancer – Head of Department
This expanding law firm with regional offices is seeking an experienced conveyancer to lead its newly acquired London office.
You will be joining at a senior level, with tangible chances to progress your career as this firm develops further, building on recent success. There is plenty of investment and new offices are planned.

The role:
- Lead and develop the London team
- Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold
- Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships – this is key to the firm's ethos
- Utilising a high-tech case management system to streamline processesÂ
You:
- At least 3 years of experience managing their own conveyancing caseload
- Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold
- Experience with new build properties and lease extension is advantageous
- Must have the drive and technical knowledge to lead and develop the team
