Job Title: Senior Estate Agent - Sales

Location: Walthamstow

Salary: Up to 55,000 OTE, Including Car Allowance or Company Car and Guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months

Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on / 1 off rota)

About the Role of Senior Estate Agent:

Responsibilities for the position of Senior Estate Agent:

  • Manage property sales whilst providing advice to customers
  • Carry out property valuations and showcase them to achieve the best possible price
  • Build strong relationships with clients, buyers, and professional contacts (solicitors, lenders, etc.)
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Assist the Branch Manager in coaching, mentoring, and managing team performance
  • Contribute to a culture of high performance, positivity, and collaboration
