- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or similar in a residential estate agency
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness of the Canary Wharf and wider East London rental market
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple viewings and pipeline stages in parallel
- Confident using CRM systems, property portals, and Microsoft Office suite
- Full UK driving licence is advantageous
