Job Title: Lettings Negotiator - City Island
Location: City Island (Beautiful waterfront office)
Salary: Basic up to 25,000 | 75,000 OTE | 2-month initial guarantee | Pool car provided
Commission: Scaled structure from 9% to 30%
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, every other Saturday with an early finish
Overview:
A fantastic opportunity for a motivated and confident Lettings Negotiator to join a successful and high-energy team based in a stunning City Island office. Key Responsibilities:
Registering and qualifying applicants
Arranging and attending property viewings
Negotiating offers between tenants and landlords
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working to and exceeding personal and team targets
Staying up to date with market trends and legal requirements
Key Requirements:
2 + years in Lettings
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly motivated and target-driven
Full UK driving licence
