We’re looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to help shape and deliver the sales strategy, working closely with senior leadership to drive growth and performance. This is a role for someone who can lead by example, inspire confidence, and build long-term relationships with buyers and vendors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through market appraisals and relationship-building.
- Provide expert consultation to clients while ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to completion - with accuracy and professionalism.
- Represent the brand with integrity and become a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Source new business from landlords, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Increase market share and uncover new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Manage applicant viewings, conduct property tours, and deliver tailored feedback.
- Negotiate offers between parties and ensure smooth sales progression.
- Keep administrative records accurate and up to date at all times.
- Maintain regular contact with buyers and vendors, providing consistent updates and advice.
- Work towards sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high standard of client care.
