Mon-Thurs: 8:45am-6:30pm | Fri: 8:30am-6:00pm | Sat (Alt): 9:30am-4:00pm

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to help shape and deliver the sales strategy, working closely with senior leadership to drive growth and performance. This is a role for someone who can lead by example, inspire confidence, and build long-term relationships with buyers and vendors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through market appraisals and relationship-building.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients while ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to completion - with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Represent the brand with integrity and become a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Source new business from landlords, vendors, and local stakeholders.
  • Increase market share and uncover new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Manage applicant viewings, conduct property tours, and deliver tailored feedback.
  • Negotiate offers between parties and ensure smooth sales progression.
  • Keep administrative records accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Maintain regular contact with buyers and vendors, providing consistent updates and advice.
  • Work towards sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high standard of client care.
