Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Tenancy Coordinator to support its busy Lettings department in Canary Wharf. To be considered for this role, you will have previous property administration experience within residential estate agency, a good understanding of current legislation, as well as excellent organisational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging Gas Safety certificates, Electrical Installation Condition Reports, and Energy Performance Certificates
  • Organising photography/floor plans
  • Uploading new properties onto portals
  • Drawing up, checking sending out, and chasing tenancy agreements
  • Booking in works requested prior to the tenancy
  • Booking inventories, check ins and outs
  • Key management
  • Handling compliance – AML
  • Handling Right to Rent checks
  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants for all documents and enquiries.

Skills and competencies:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience within property administration
  • Good attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and well-organised
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Have a positive attitude and work well in a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate

The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on previous experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
